- Feds and pigs not needing a UC to infiltrate the organization since all the dirt is live-streamed.
- DojaCat, Janelle Monae, Cardi B, Kehlani, Saweetie, cameo and/or soundtrack

I don't mind villain origins as long as the writers don't go out their way to make them some misunderstood anti hero. As long as they let Nino be Nino I'll watch.

This is the first time we've ever agreed

We've had a lot of antihero movies lately, and I'm usually a fan of it. But my impression of nino, was there was absolutely nothing redeemable about him..

About the only honorable trait he displayed was his brotherhood with his cmb associates.. but look what he does. Kills his right hand man, and gets the other two killed.

Then he gets caught and goes out like a bytch on the stand..

The title makes it sound like they want to blame Regan, and Regan did a lot of damage, but Nino would've been a bad man regardless of the era he came up in. If he came up in the 70s he'd a been slanging heroin. He just happened to be at his peak as the crack era hit .


Movie title definitely sounds like they'll try to redeem him

It’s definitely in the works with Zendaya attached to star. At least as of a few months ago. Not sure he’s attached to that script or if that entire thing was scrapped and he’s writing something different.

google says he wrote the part with Zendaya in mind but that doesn't mean she's doing it

This seems spot on. When I heard dude explaining the premise (some type of global operation, crypto or something like that) it seemed nothing like New Jack City. Dude seemed confident in the script and he is talented but I wasn’t really feeling the idea.
