I hate to say it but I'm most people. :francis:

Homie can RAP. Like the nikka can really really RAP. But if I'm being completely honest with myself, the only album I've ever liked was Forest Hill and I've enjoyed his looseys with other artist.

But the battle and the way he bowed out makes me think less of him as a rapper. :manny:
Wale is ahead of Cole now, IMO.

Big Sean can strike if he wanted to… but apparently him and Kendrick deescalated…

The music business is about song making, not a poetic skills contest.

Drake pays the bills. Kendrick gives authentic flavor…but he still moves units.

What does Cole do for the game?

Cole can do everything Kendrick and Drake can do. Stop disrespecting him just because he dropped out the battle.

He has plenty of great songs with authenticity and lyrical content to match.

Nothing special as usual but glad Cole fans are getting new music.

But Kendrick and Lupe already rapped about this years ago, and they both did it MUCH better. Cole always years late when it comes to making his own version of what has already done before (and better)

Brolic... Alcoholics
I just find it funny y’all acting like y’all aint thirsty for a Cole album.. Ain’t too many more hiphop then bro. Politics aside tho.

I'm really not. But I've never really anticipated a Cole album.

Like I said earlier, the brotha can rap his ass off. I've just never really been a fan.

Lol at Cole fans trying to compare this to kendrick. Burns their soul kendrick can do what Cole does and he can do it better. But Cole certainly cant so what dot does and this song proves it. Sounds like a 2016 kendrick throwaway that he should have kept.

We seeing anti black policies being put in effect like Truman was president. Oligarchs and white elites pulling a full on assault on black Americans and the progress we’ve had since the 60s. And yet it’s Crickets from the black messiah. Meanwhile Cole got his Nas on on that second verse.

It is what it is. If Dot spit that same verse the think pieces would be endless. We wouldn’t stop hearing how deep Dot is

:manny:

Yet when he steers into that lane heavy you nikkas will call it fake deep/fake woke :mjlol:

He don't drop GNX and goes more big steppers and people would call it boring and too serious :pachaha:

Some people just always got something to complain about lol.
