It's a twightlight zone here lol somebody else compared cole to emenim :russ:

The Eminem comparison makes sense in terms of them both becoming more technically proficient over time, and the fact that Cole was influenced by Eminem, but that's where it stops.

For a long time, Eminem sacrificed his musicality for the sake of rappity rap and he lost his ability to ride beats. His flow became choppy, distorted, and sounded like a kid reading aloud in class. Cole still knows how to flow and deliver technically sound lines in a smooth way. He still knows the right beats to rap over. He can slow it down or speed it up depending on what the track is. And he doesn't rely on corny punchlines.

Compared to “Let the party die” I dont see Kendrick having Cole’s complexity. Kendrick has a very “fill in the blank” level of messaging. Cole’s is direct but complex and articulate.

…we let a lot of “street” artists get away with mixing morality and struggle to paper over content gaps :sas2:

If anything, you can tell Cole graduated from college :sas2:

Cole isn't even half as complex as Kendrick is, but considering you lack musical knowledge and are not qualified to discuss this subject, I'm not surprised you don't know what you talking about :sas2:

Like its been said before, the only rapper that reached kendrick's level of complexity, in all aspects, was probably Andre 3000 or Eminem in 2000, and even then, Eminem wasn't really good at the typical u.o. scheme.
