Which is false as hell, because he was certainly viewed as elite from 2018 on. Even if you kind of forgot about him when he missed like 5 games in 2019, he tore the league up in 2020. The man had 200 yards in the first qtr vs a top 7 defense. The whole SB 55 gameplan was centered around.him, as did the 2021 coverage where everyone focused on stopping their deep ball, ie Tyreek.

He did not say all time, though. He said no one saw him as top 5 before he went to Miami. Whos to say he wasnt referring to actively? If he meant all time, he shouldve said all time. He did not say that, though.
