at first I was kinda pissed cuz I was extremely happy when they got him. I thought him and SS24 were gonna be the next great tandem, and they were really showing some promise.
But after awhile Vontae just showed that he wasn't progressing and just relied on pure talent(which is great by the way) and didn't want to put in the work to get to that next level.
getting a 2nd and a 6th for a man that was a fringe starter/nickel back at the moment I think it was a good deal

I just honestly wish that Vontae could have stayed and got his shyt together cuz he was honestly one of my favorite players the last few years.

I think with the right coaching Vontae could take it to the next level and, unfortunately, that wont happen in Miami.
