Theres only a release date. It's probably the same worldwide this time and theres still nothing about unlocked potential

That's the one where Goku and Adult Gohan keep spamming you with Super Kamehamehas back to back. Shyt is some questionable AI, to say the least.

You mean PQ 32? Well it doesn't matter theirs a few quest that the cpu spams their UltBad A.I

The way I beat it if memory serves me correct is I used a combination of "you'll never beat an android" z soul (which allows your stamina to increase when you take damage) and one of those evasive skills that nullifies damage that can also be used while damage is being inflicted(can't remember the skills name think it was Explosive Wave )

When Goku or Gohan performs their Spamehameha Ult the stamina would fill up quickly allowing me to use the Explosive Wave, which cancels the Ult damage.

Some other general tips

-Use Your Evasive Skill preferably an Explosive Wave kind
-Focus on only one target, either Goku or Gohan.
-GRABBING - When you grab all damage is negated also help with creating separation.
-Use ultimate that don't have long cutscenes or activation time.
Special Beam Cannon is great for this as it is unblockable.
-Make sure you stock up on Energy Capsules before.

That quest

I only did it by spamming them and hoping they didnt use kamehameha. But tien has a zsoul that makes him immune to any kamehameha attack.

Just join someone doing it and you're good i had the same problem fools spammed to death

only way i beat those super hard PQ was to play them online with other people and spam your ultimates (i was using ssj4 vegeta or ssj3 goku)

Dragon Ball Xenoverse has been out for almost four months across the globe. In preparation for the DLC Pack 3, which releases tomorrow, Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced maintenance will be performed on the game today so if you try to play online, you may experience some difficulties.
Upon completion of the maintenance period, connection issues during battles will improve and other technical updates will be made to enhance the overall experience and balance of the game. One of the exciting additions as part of the update is, to our delight, the max level custom created characters can be leveled up to will increase to 99. Assuming 3 points per level, that means players will have an additional 42 attribute points to assign to their character. Joy!
We also believe the world tournament functionality should be up soon.
