It's gohan breh.
He knows future trunks already, he's from the future hence the jacket, is ironically protecting himself as a child from nappa and vegeta with a dead piccolo. He also was trained by piccolo his mentor hence piccolos cape around his neck.

I remember he died in trunks future so I'm assuming he came back as a god?
