To be honest, nothing really lol. That’s more up to you picking one in a decent neighborhood or area. I don’t even disagree that a hotel is in general, more safe than an air bnb, just cause it’s more variables and options with an air bnb. But it’s still rare that something is gonna happen to you just cause you staying in an air bnb. But ain’t really nothing they can do to guarantee your safety besides have a secure property. I live in a condo that does air bnb. It’s a secure building, with security and you have to have access to get in. But it’s still not impossible for someone who not supposed to be in here to get in here. It can and will go down. But on the other hand, I’m right next to a Hyatt place and a breh got set up by a bytch and shot in the face and killed after a breh ran in his room to rob him a few weeks ago.
