If it's too far to the left, it runs the risk of going into Jimmy Dore/Glenn Greenwald-esque horseshoe theory, and if it's too celebratory toward Democrats, it'll be dismissed as a liberal rag run by DNC shills.

Hell, MSNBC gets called the latter right now, and its daytime lineup is full of never-Trump Republicans like Morning Joe and Nicolle Wallace, literal corporate dikkrider Stephanie Ruhle, and fukking Chuck Todd.

Meanwhile they regularly platform the same Republicans who pushed the Big Lie and don't even ask them about it. Or they'll handwave right wing rhetoric like, "Yeah, Republicans overexaggerate about CRT and it's not even taught in K-12 schools, but something something Dems in Disarray™. "

Man, please. The media is here for clicks. If its good for ratings, its good for media. IF you start saying the GOP will poison your kids water and damage your brain, the media will talk about it. THey will shame it at first, but when people response, they would start reporting it as fact. Thats literally what happened with the right wing.

My favorite programming was when they fact checked Rush Limbaugh's show EVERY day........line by line. shyt was hilarious
