I didn't go to the game on New Year's Day (feeling sluggish from going out the night prior). A part of me wish I was there to see the game live but I was glad that I didn't have to deal with the hassle of trying to find a parking spot near the game, taking a shuttle down to the stadium (the Rose Bowl is literally in the middle of a residential neighborhood), waiting again for about a hour and a half to get back on the shuttle in order to drive back home which would have took another hour. The game was a classic but it also showed that we need to fix the defense badly if we want to get back to the championship game. After the coaching moves that Day did in the past week, I can't wait to see how this team looks in September.
