Worst experience I’ve had maybe ever in my life watching OSU football. Total embarrassment.

I would if I was them. Don't risk the chance to get hurt and ruin a top draft position for a meaningless bowl game. Plus we need to give some of the younger guys some more live time game reps to gain experience and to work on for next year.
As for not being in the championship this year, I hope it gives everyone on the team motivation to step up this offseason and not let this shyt happen again. Have to give credit where it due to scUM, but they didn't show up anything that we didn't know what they was going to do. Shot ourself in the foot with constant dumb ass penalties and didn't adjust to their scheme. Day is still a young coach who is still learning while Hoebaugh lucked up with a game plan that favored him yesterday. We all know his flaws and I doubt that is going to go away after one game where he was a winner. I have confidence that we should get back on the winning track next season when they are in our house and dealing with our rage for 60 minutes.
I was saying yesterday his play calling was off. 2 n 10 run, 2 n 15 run. 3rd n 6 run . All 3 drive killers.
It was a lot of things that went wrong yesterday. We got manhandled at the line of scrimmage, play calling was atrocious, and the defense just lost all confidence. Day was the biggest disappointment. We needed to gain momentum on offense and breh called some dumbass plays running on 2nd and long couple times. We got three bonafide receivers and a nfl ready tight end. I think he was trying to protect CJ because our oline was getting pimp smacked and causing stupid penalties. But by doing that, you're not trusting CJ and that's bullshyt.
IDK. This loss stinks, but doesn't hurt nowhere near last years championship game and the clemson game a year before that. Even when we loss against oklahoma in columbus 2017 hurt me way more. Say what you want brehs, but I was kinda getting tired of us stomping these dudes out. Glad they finally developed some heart to finally punch us in the mouth. It makes the rivalry more meaningful.
