I think folks are not tasting homemade pimento cheese but are getting the store bought versions.

We just threw a mardi gras themed party for my parents and had all of these creole/cajun dishes including this chicken pimento cheese dip. When I tell you that shyt was the best thing there. Shyt was flame.

I had an aversion to the store brought version as well because my grandfather would always get it. He from SC.

Homemade taste totally different from store bought. Mix in pieces of chicken breast and go to town.

I like my chicken sandwich with only mayo or that honey bbq sauce. Anything else, nope. And I like pimento cheese, but no…still.

I got it without the pimento cheese. The jalapeno peppers needs to be on the menu year round as an option.
