They are basically following the avengers mightiest heroes layout. So Ive seen the Bucky scenario played out in the animation.
I cant understand why people didnt like this cartoon because it did a good job at telling all the Avengers stories. They even had them webisodes for the individual stories.

Which is bullshyt. We've got Gods who can fly and shoot lightning out of Hammers, Serum that can turn a frail sickly Cac into Hitler's dream and A man who turns into a raging monster when gets angry. But let's take away the Black Guys power because we need "realism"

fukk that they better keep the homie Falcon's telepathic bird communication ability, I don't give a fukk HOW ridiculous it seems it's HIS power and has bailed him out SEVERAL times in the comics and come in handy to save Cap's own ass on a multitude of occasions. We not neutering no powers over here

I doubt realism has anything to do with it. Comparatively speaking that's a terrible power next to Hulk, Thor, and Captain America. It's kinda hard to get about a guy controlling birds when he spends the movie around Captain America. It's the same reason nobody gave a fukk about Hawkeye, and to a lesser extent Black Widow, in the "Avengers" movie.
