Aaron Mcgruder had no input for this season at all
Looks on point to me. It aint like Season 3 was all that great and McGruder wrote a mjority of those episodes.
That's gotta be weird/awful to see your creation/baby being used with someone else's imagination. Like imagine James Cameron was about to start writing Terminator II and Michael Bay came in and took over...

he doesn't care, he sold the rights away
I can't tell I just said it looks on point. Calm down. I know what this series is about and represents. I'm just saying that everyone is acting all pessimistic and having a weary eye and deservingly so but let's not talk down and every piece of footage with this high standard that will be impossible to meet no matter who writes it. I wish McGruder would've waited until this season was over to say he hand no hand in writing the show I bet people would be hyping the shyt out it with every piece of footage. McGruder pretty much said that he's outgrown the show and doesnt want to do it anymore he even sold his rights. If he has no interest I have no problem with someone grabbing the reigns and trying to do it themselves. Hell at least we fortunate enough to get another season after 4 years. How can you tell if it's good or not from 30 seconds of rapid cuts? Anyway, McGruder's intelligence made that show. It wasn't just a Black version of a cartoon sitcom with crazy characters who get into crazy situations and generic moral lessons or comedy. That show has more depth and heart than most other shows on tv, along with just being quality on every other level. The studio has an incredibly high bar to reach, and without both the intelligence and dedication to Black/American social issues, it would be just another cartoon that was ok, but nothing special.
