A Bill Burr slanted Louie type show would be hilarious.
Angry and hilarious.
Since Patrice passed Bill has held down the top spot in my comedy shyt hands down.

Do people really rate Louie's show?
I mean it's got it's highlights and I love Louie as a stand up and as a funny guy, but his show isvery hit and miss for a comedy show.
It's interesting, but I wouldn't tell someone it's hilarious.

I liked the first series better, I watch it Snd I think it's interesting, but it's not "hilarious" to me, like say a curb or the British office (just using them 2, cos both Ricky and larry are Louie's contemporaries,) Louie kills Ricky on stand up though

I think he's not that funny and comes off as a person who thinks he's a lot/better than he actually is, I mean joe Pesci impressions on 2012, really?
He's been accused of stealing material as well, he stole a story of bert Kreisners and actually put himself in thd story, he was telling it on stage And everything, he's more of a mimic than s comic, he's garbage.
Plus I remember jim Norton was on your with bill, attell and artie lange and jay remarked like "what's bill bringing to the table? He ain't bringing tickets...", jim defended bill, but jay just comes off a "hater", bills random podcasts are better than jays stage show.
And his norm McDonald impression is just him stealing McDonald's material and repeating it on stage, if I was mscdonsld I'd punch him in the face or at least confront him rogan style.

He rubs a lot of people the wrong way but he gets a lot of love. He and his manager Barry Katz got the same kinda rep. His podcast is hit or miss (the Joe McDonnell, Finesse Mitchell & John Salley were some of his best in a long time) plus wasn't he perched up to be a great one at an early age? He came into the game cocky as hell

I think it's easy to get over at the start with impressions, but it's a double edged sword, cos they get old quick, even his wife says he's more of an actor Than a comedian, I think anthony from opie and anthony is funnier than him with the impressions, but he ain't trying to do them on stage all the time, jays Tracey Morgan is so annoying "I'LL GET EVERYONE PREGNANT...." Rinse abc repeat six or seven times, hi still does dice clay, he couldn't get anymore hacky with it to be honest.
I subscribe to his podcast but only listen if he's got a guest on I like, his boys the crabfeast podcast is alot better IMO and I had never heard of them guys and I've never see Their stand up.
Ari shafirs podcast is decent as well.

I sing seen his stand up, he just has guests on talking about a particular subject (identity theft, teenage pregnancy, alcoholism, etc), it's entertaining to me, don't really know if aris funny or not.

It's the highlight of the Monday mornings.
I also love Joe Rogan's podcast, but that's not as funny, except when Joey Diaz is on "cocksucka"! I like it more cause I'm just into the shyt they talk about. Bryan Callen's podcast is good too.
Got any other god recommendations on the podcast end? Besides those I listen to a lot of MMA and BJJ podcasts.
