Avatar: Seven Havens is, according to the show’s description, “set in a world shattered by a devastating cataclysm. A young Earthbender discovers she’s the new Avatar after Korra — but in this dangerous era, that title marks her as humanity’s destroyer, not its savior. Hunted by both human and spirit enemies, she and her long-lost twin must uncover their mysterious origins and save the Seven Havens before civilization’s last strongholds collapse.”

Almost everything that has come back from my childhood has come back mid but lets see

Did you watch the Netflix series? It's pretty good if you haven't.

Speaking of which, it'd be nice to have a newly upgraded Avatar game. Would make the perfect RPG IMO.

Wonder what happened to Korra :picard: :to:

Yeah and it wasn't great IMO. Good production and special effects but they really dumbed down the writing compared to the cartoon.

Had characters just showing up and explaining their backstory to the audience for no reason :dead:

No more of these reboots, just bring a spinoff or create a new series.

I saw a video on this about Cartoon Network about where to go now that Craig of the Creek officially ended and they're doing the same thing by bringing back Adventure Time, Regular Show, and continuing Gumball.

That's sounds great, hopefully we get reappearance of Kon from the first series.
I hope Korra doesn't blame the events that led up this

Hopefully the lead writers have gotten better. Korra was a good show but it hasn't aged as well as Atla

Trash romance triangle 2 seasons in a row.

Bolin and the inventor guy were barely allowed to be human. Almost everything involving them had to be colored with parody level humor.

Forced recreation of the avatar gang but not even half as cohesive or well done

The setting sounds like it'll at least kill some of those tropes they were leaning on

it was always odd to me how/why we went so long without a new animated avatar series. this shyt was a cultural staple - it's kinda negligent to go so long without one

How is this a reboot? It's a continuation of the story
