@patscorpio, breh I am a Donaire fan, but he is looking totally washed. The Vic Darcinyan rematch was the point I saw Donaire didn't have it anymore. He is looking old in the ring and his heart isn't in it no more.

To go along with that he has been copping pleas after every fight. He wants to keep fighting for easy KO's, when the fight gets tough you can tell he doesn't want it anymore.

What I did notice was crazy is that Donaire weighed in on fight day at 130 and in the replays he looked big next to Rigo. No wonder Rigo brought up some weight complaints vs. Loma. And the size of Walters vs. those 126 lb guys. :damn:

Behind You
Joshua did this Stan proud.
He showed grit, resilience, the ability to make adjustments when things go sideways momentarily and a pretty nice mean streak.
If only Manny Steward was still alive to teach him how to use his height and reach to maximum effectiveness...he'd be deadly.

A more experienced fighter would've finished AJ in round 2, he is a hype job right now

Eddie Hearn boasting about him beating Fury a few months ago then went quiet when they called his bluff - If I were Fury i'd be all over that fight right now, money on the table and get AJ outta there before he gets better

Gillian should be proud of his performance - everyone said AJ would blast him outta there in 90 seconds

Check out his post fight interview

If I was a trainer, I wouldn't even train roy

It's funny for two fights RJJ was training with Tom Yankello. Tom was working with his defense and looked solid for the one fight following the instructions of his trainer. Tom had Roy fighting without laying on the ropes and improved his defense. Then his next fight RJJ goes back to his old style thinking he's a young guy and not following the instructions of his trainer when he fought that Polish guy. So him and Tom had a falling out. Then he switches trainers again and goes back to his old style.

Roy is just stubborn and doesn't want to accept or adapt his style with his older age and decline. The thing is everybody knows what he's going to do now, and his bad knees/punch resistance got guy's beating him that would of never beating him pre the weight drop.
