Cortessis and colleagues used interviews to probe recreational drug use among 163 men diagnosed with testicular cancer and 292 healthy men of the same age, and found those who smoked marijuana had double the risk of testicular tumors compared with men who passed on grass. On top of that, their tumors tended to be faster-growing and tougher to treat.
most of that has to do with the loss of appetite that comes with chemotherapy
these stupid studies come out every single year.
their sample size was 500 men. another stupid fukking "study"
how about one that samples 60,000+ people?
Marijuana use and cancer incidence (Ca... [Cancer Causes Control. 1997] - PubMed - NCBI
We conclude that, in this relatively young study cohort, marijuana use and cancer were not associated in overall analyses
last year it was marijuana causes a form of testicular cancer that accounts for .001 of the total testicular cancer cases. Of course they didn't mention that out right, you had to really read into it.
they even admit it themselves
"But other factors could be at play, as men who use marijuana are more likely to drink and use other drugs."
AkA we didn't use any experimental controls
be honest, how practical is this?
because a direct causal connection has been made
but... "absence of evidence is not evidence of absence"
I think the fact they interact at all shows there could be a connection
again, I'm not saying there is a connection. I'm just arguing the logic of what you said
be honest, how practical is this?
this clown is just being a contrarian for fukks sake. Troll.
