Cortessis and colleagues used interviews to probe recreational drug use among 163 men diagnosed with testicular cancer and 292 healthy men of the same age, and found those who smoked marijuana had double the risk of testicular tumors compared with men who passed on grass. On top of that, their tumors tended to be faster-growing and tougher to treat.

We conclude that, in this relatively young study cohort, marijuana use and cancer were not associated in overall analyses

last year it was marijuana causes a form of testicular cancer that accounts for .001 of the total testicular cancer cases. Of course they didn't mention that out right, you had to really read into it.

Any scientific study worth its muster needs to have a LARGE sample size in order to really hold any weight in the scientific arean. Survey made with a few hundres people are essentially worthless from a scientific perspective.
