CENTER CITY - January 8, 2013 (WPVI) -- A Brooklyn Nets player was questioned by Philadelphia police and two other men remain in custody after a reported sex assault inside a Center City hotel.

Authorities were called to the Four Seasons Hotel on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Arriving officers found a highly-intoxicated 21-year-old woman who told police she'd been raped.

Sources say she'd been in hotel suite 663 with six men, friends of hers, including 26-year-old Brooklyn Nets forward Andray Blatche.

The suite, sources say, was being rented by Blatche.

The woman told investigators at least two of the men raped her and the others saw what was happening.

According to sources, Blatche met the alleged victim at Delilah's gentlemen's club near the stadium complex. They say she and two other women went to the Four Seasons around 3:20 a.m.

Crime scene investigators spent the afternoon in the suite occasionally emerging with evidence bags.

As the investigation progressed, Action News learned investigators found samples of the date rape drug in the suite.

We have also learned police have Andray Blatche's cell phone with compromising pictures of the alleged victim.

Blatche and three others were questioned by police and released this morning; two, though, remain in custody.

Sources say the Nets player told police while he was in the hotel suite, he was not in the same room where the sex was taking place.

Sources also tell Action News that some of the men in the hotel suite are telling authorities that the sex was consensual.

The Police Special Victims Unit tells Action News the 21-year-old woman was released from the hospital Tuesday afternoon.

Investigators say they have interviewed her and are now interviewing the two men in custody.

No charges have been filed.

The Brooklyn Nets, meanwhile, left the hotel for a shoot around at the Wells Fargo Center around 10:30 a.m. as they prepared to play the Philadelphia 76ers tonight.

Blatche was with them for practice.

From all appearances, it was a normal practice session except for the larger than normal media throng.

Blatche answered a few short questions after the practice.

"I don't even know what to tell you what happened. I'm just here to play basketball; I'm focused on the game tonight," Blatche said.

As for the alleged victim who was treated at the hospital, Blatche said, "I couldn't even tell you why, maybe she was sick. I don't know."

Later, Blatche tweeted about the incident:

@drayblatche: Im ok and I didn't do anything jus was n the area when it happened

He later removed that tweet and sent out another:

@drayblatche: Gettin ready for the game

Nets General Manager Billy King wouldn't speak with Action News on camera.

The team, instead, issued this statement:

"We are aware of the ongoing police investigation regarding a member of the Brooklyn Nets. We will have no further comment until the investigation has concluded. All of our players are available for tonight's game."

Nets interim coach P.J. Carlesimo had no comment, other than to say his players aren't affected by the investigation.

"We issued a statement. They're fine. The players, it's like anything else, they've got to focus and play a basketball game," Carlesimo said.

Meanwhile, Four Seasons management said in a statement:

"Police responded to a call last night at the hotel, the hotel is fully cooperating with the Philadelphia Police."

Philadelphia police say they investigate all reports of sexual assault and will have no further public comment as the investigation continues.
