This will be the wrestling version of Tiger King.

Will Vince be Joe Exotic, or Carole Baskins?

Bill Simmons: Netflix’s Vince McMahon doc ‘best I’ve been involved with,’ says McMahon doesn’t get final cut

"Simmons not only hyped up the project but insisted McMahon, an executive producer on the project, will not have a final cut on the film."

Simmons also said the Andre the Giant doc he made for HBO was one of the best and he hyped the "unbiased" approach it was going to have. And while that doc was cool, it was basically a WWE Network type of doc with a bunch of carny bullshyt :heh:

I just want a good series listing most of Cokeboy's fukkery :damn:

This has potiential to be “The Last Dance” documentary for wrestling.

I actually have the original WWE “McMahon” documentary back in 2006 and it was surprisingly honest about certain stuff. Like how pissed the promoters were when Vince drove them out of business. Or the Katie Vick angle and how EVERYBODY hated it except for Vince who thought it was hilariousz

Even had The Rock on camera saying “Who allowed that to air?! :gucci:

They even talked about the incest angle he pitched to Stephanie when she was pregnant :scust:

So I wouldn’t be surprised if they do keep it funky about shyt. It would be interesting if they documented those last few years when he was fully in charge.

From 2019-2022 was a roller coaster for Vince’s regime. From the rebirth and re-death of the XFL. Working through the pandemic, firing all the wrestlers, the Royal Rumble 2022, when the allegations came out, etc..

No Final Cut? Vicente about to get a bit of the “Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior” thrown back in his face. :skip:
I went back and watched this. It’s crazy how petty it was and how loud the damn music is over the interviews
