why do these companies have these type of restrictions anyway? give me one good reason why I shouldn't be able to access UK Netflix without a vpn.. Its 2016 the world should be connected through the internet, not sectioned off.. this is why I am glad I know how to bypass all these stupid ass rules.

:yeshrug: studios putting more pressure on them.

To be honest though netflix is going to just evolve into an all original content service. They keep producing more and more and more and not bothering to reup with studios when the time comes.

Money breh

Show A is old in America. Makes less money on dvd sales than a contract with Netflix

But overseas you can't get it on Netflix. and they charge double for DVDs and it's a good film

As a company you just double dipped.

Hopefully Verizon isn't gonna be on your ass like Comcast is on mine :sadcam:

Get a VPN and you should be good though. Private Internet Access (PIA) is the best and cheapest. Too bad Comcast breaks my VPN and throttles speeds down to 50kbps if I use it too much. fukking Comcast :pacspit:

That's why it's direct download for me only.

If Netflix is serious about this

they can expect to lose subscriptions bro......

If I am paying you for the service....and I travel to a different country on business

I EXPECT TO GET THE fukkING CONTENT I PAID FOR

all of this is why when any studio cries about piracy I tell them to eat a suitcase of dikks brehs

Netflix don't have much of a choice, if the don't prevent all these vpn and proxies then the studios won't give them the rights to the films and shows, so they'll be nothing decent to stream and watch :manny:

The argument that companies always have to give into draconian practises for access to content has always turned out to be loathed and rebelled against by the consumer base

Look if the companies want to keep their content in walled gardens......let them.

For me I want flexibility to use my account internationally

And you know what the same people that want that flexibility on netflix want the same on Hulu and all these other streaming services

IF they took a stand on this and explained why they were doing it to their customers they would get a lot of traction..

Anonymous VPN Service From The Leaders | Private Internet Access for the low low for a yearly package.

Anyways, your ISP sees everything you do on the internet but if you have a VPN installed (its a lightweight program) then the only thing they can see is a random IP address which is encrypted. The benefit of having VPN is you can view websites that are blocked in your country or by your ISP. No more censorship.

I'm trying to explain the benefits of VPN but just watch a Youtube video for visual learning lol.

I've already heard enough. I'm signing up

So I can basically be hidden on the net? I'll go and download whatever and they'll never know where to send shyt?

Can they see I'm using a VPN tho? Does that violate anything
