People's beef is that Netflix isn't paying taxes due to right wing laws, no one called Netlfix or it's content right wing wtf.

Bullshyt the govt COULD enforce it IF they wanted to by closing all the loopholes, giving the means to the IRS to see all the sources of money from these rich fukks and these corporations and enforce ALL of their laws come tax time WITH a new tax code...

So when I worked for a hedge fund and lived in new york I'll tell you how we did taxes. Our tax attorney would come in look at new laws and find the glaring holes in existing laws and find the bigger holes in the new laws that made it more complex and we would pay less tax on the fund damn near every year.
There are 74,000 pages in the tax code. Trust me when I say this when more laws are written into it
becomes easier for business and wealthy people to hide money.
Scrap the entire code cause new laws on existing laws make it easier to hide money. Also work together with other countries to have an effect global tax only way it will work.
As for China it's more complex than that. People that get jailed here for financial crimes pissed off the wrong people. As for how they invade capital restrictions on money and taxes. That I can't say as I'll end up missing! I like being in China.
As for offshore business
, not much to say about that. The problem is that one country has laws the next country doesn't. Like when that FACTA law came into full effect mad cats decided to pick residency in tax haven countries with less tax. It's not easy task of taxing the rich breh. My problem with the laws its smoke and mirrors cause people really believe it will work when it way more complex and requires global effort to pin rich people down.

but there are some 99 other companies doing the same thing.
They are burning through cash like crazy and Disney/Hulu and Amazon are their necks
