Nobody was defending anything cats were explaining how it wasn't going to work. Big difference between theory and application. Same how Netflix used deductions to not being taxed would be the same way they wouldn't be taxed under the new wealth tax.

Cats were basically pointing stop falling for the smoke and mirrors.

The only way someone or business pays there tax is to scrap the tax code. And make a totally new tax code. Honestly breh the more code they right the easier it is to not pay tax.

Bullshyt the govt COULD enforce it IF they wanted to by closing all the loopholes, giving the means to the IRS to see all the sources of money from these rich fukks and these corporations and enforce ALL of their laws come tax time WITH a new tax code...

They did so back in the day but people disagreeing saying it can't be done which is utter bullshyt...You know in China those large corporation figureheads are punished IF they do not pay their taxes with outright jail in some cases...

We need to start enforcing the same methods... you wanna send your company overseas??? naw we'll tax that shyt heavily too or you send us our cut...

Another way the govt can earn money is if they legalize weed nationally as a starting point... But hey we gotta lock up black people for low level offenses and get paid in FOR profit prisons...

the truth is that when you have a production company that's signed on to do multiple projects w/Netflix/, that don't even exist yet, you are a business partner.

I know people who have films streaming on multiple outlets - they didn't get "multi-film production" deals to do projects with those multi-billion dollar companies, they're not even really eating good off those streams

Obama before he was president had a best selling book. There seems to be a market for them in the "popular media". I'm very stupid and I need a little help and politely asking you to connect the dots for me where the Obama's sign a deal with Netflix in 2018 and Netflix as a result paid significantly less tax in 2018 due to a tax cut crafted and signed into law by Trump in December 2017.

So I'm going to assume you're a very educated and enlightened dude on this matter. How do they connect. What did Obama do to help Netflix (also tons of other companies not Netflix that Obama has no ties with) to have effective 1% tax rate for 2018.
