This is like my 3rd favorite anime after Bebop and FMA......not thrilled to hear this at all

Stop. How are they going to handle the Dark Tournament? Or the Demon World saga? You can't capture the personalities of the main characters in real life. Someone like Kuwabara only works in animation.

If and I mean IF this was successful then the Dark Tournament stuff would be a movie 2 or even 3. The first one still has to be simple enough to bring the general audience in NOT us who know the material Casting make or breaks this

I’m assuming this would be a tv show. Not a movie series. It doesn’t work as a movie. Yu Yu Hakusho has some of the best character development of any show, particularly anime.

Do you really need to? Buddy they got cast as Spike can’t pull that character off. He doesn’t have the suave demeanor or the gravitas. That alone kills it.
