Well, actually, I can't sell water from my well on my own land that I purchased.

Matter of fact, it will take an act of God to get the state to even allow me to drill a well.

Now if I know how to get water from my land, but there are regulations(and there are plenty) that prevent me from doing such, how can Nestle get away with it?

Is it really about ownership? Cause if that was the case, I could drill my land for whatever I felt like, but in reality, I can't…...

water is treated like any other resource, like oil or minerals, maybe you live in a state or area that has special laws or regulations involving water rights, but that is an exception to the rule

Its so dismal. Its insane how nosey neighbors can be when you own a home. A neighbor found out we converted our garage to a friend room so this man calls the city, the city who told friends we had to leave the garage the way it is and build a new section for the friend room if thats what we wanted to do. You dont really own your property friend. Even when you own, you lease. Its so demonic.
