RIP - One of the greatest men who ever lived.

I'm a little worried about South Africa after hearing this. :lupe: I feel like his presence alone helped people stay focused on reconciliation and positivity. I hope politicians and/or the people don't use this as an opportunity to start trouble.

SA still has huge inequality issues breh. African immigrants from all over the continent are also getting attacked by the natives too. Lots of stuff going on.

Real talk as an African.... His death has really hit home with me...a man once vilified as a 'Terrorist' by our government of the day will be mourned around the world! Normally when someone globally renowned dies, journalists & thinkers fall over themselves to offer their own hagiographies. With Mandela there is an exception, he truly does DESERVE all the praises/ accolades that come his way.....

The eerie thing is he passed away today & his movie is due to be released across all cinemas in the UK today.... Will make a note to definitely go watch the movie come weekend:wow:
