Nelly a slimy dude. I still remember the BEEF vid, the way he was talking about Chingy, I knew everything Chingy was saying about him was true. Nikka had a god complex because he brought St. Louis to the forefront. Expected every nikka to kiss his ass. And you can feel it oozing out of him in the video
