All you had to do was read the first post. He already knows it's a misdemeanor charge. He wants to know if it's possible to get out of that.

aight so check it, my roommate got arrested the other day. the cop pulled him over for riding a BIKE, yes as in bicycle. for not having a flashlight

anyway, you already know he had to harass and search him. my roommate is white so this wasnt a racial thing. he got caught with a lil bag of weed, prolly a few grams of some reggie, and a lil bowl.

now he has to go to court or whatever. my question is, is there hope for him as far as getting a lawyer and getting the charge dropped ? as far as i kno thats an illegal search but i mean he was on a bike, so its different than being in a car. basically what i wanna know is are there any loopholes around this ? and how does it work with paying lawyers cuz this dude aint got bread like that.

I know Texas Law tho it may be different in FL but Texas usually has the tougher laws. Honestly breh, that ish ain't getting dropped and the best the lawyer can do is have it reduced but even that would be hard if he got priors
