Just copped some salmon, chicken breadt, asapfagus, whole gran bread, mozzerella cheese, turkey, and smart one cuisines.

The lasagna and chicken parm has a lot of protein!!! 23 grams in the chicken parm.

Today is my first day counting my cals correctly and getting.150 grams of protei.

Excited!

You know what. I remember I was 185 when I was like 17. I was far from 3% and I havent grown height wise since. @MMSex is prolly right.

Anywhoo, it's gym time for me

its not about me being right or wrong

the key for you is realizing weight is irrelevant in the first place

the biggest thing is:

maintaining/increasing strength to ensure muscle preservation
cutting enough calories daily to have a consistent deficit

if both are done, youll lose fat

every 20lbs reconvening to assess what your new maintenance is

no better time than to start your new life tomorrow :wow:

The thing is, I do both now. Those were fail trials in 2010 and 2011.
I think I have a grasp of what I'm doing.
