Because physically speaking there is a power dominance relationship between male and female, which is rarely present when the female is the aggressor. A woman using her physicality to coerce a male into sexual activity is an extreme anomaly.

I was under the impression there was lubrication and orgasm reported in female rape victims, though. feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.

EDIT: essentially what i'm saying is involuntary physical arousal can happen with both genders, obviously this has nothing to do with consent.

No doubt. It's a provocative topic for a number of reasons. Hard to discuss without getting into MRA territory, hard to imagine from the perspective of a man when the physicality factor is undeniable, and hard to discuss because many people like:
