I was under the impression that the entire struggle (according to Wilson) was from Brown going for his weapon yet this report acts as though his gun was already out of his holster.

Soooo, now we find out that the evidence does corroborate at least the initial part of the cops story that the gun was discharged in the car etc etc.

News article quoting local activist\ ferguson resident states that:

a) The evidence is faked.

b) St. louis is gonnna burn if the cop isn't indicted.

What they want is the cop hung from a lamp post prior to hearing all the facts and allowing for an investigation because anything that could possibly be favorable evidence towards him....is faked.

This is the problem with making up your mind prior to getting facts and if a big riot breaks out I hope the activist can live with themselves for helping stoke the flames that will quite literally burn down their own neighborhood and the deaths that go along with it.

I've been saying for a loooong time, wait for all the testimony, wait for the evidence.

Don't waste your time you're making too much sense. Like you said before, there is a certain segment of the population that have absolutely no interest in the facts. They never wanted justice under the law, they wanted mob justice no matter what, facts and reality be damned.
