They have sitcoms on every night practically. At least one of them is going to fail, so maybe Community can get its time slot (and maybe the back nine episodes).

It wouldn't be the first time it happened. CBS was going to put Rules of Engagement on Saturdays until their new show How to be a Gentleman flopped, so they put it back on Thursdays at 8:30.

If the name isn't Smallville or Supernatural then The chances of a show surviving on a Friday night is extremely Low :sadbron:

the more i think about it; the better i feel about it. I mean they literally have no competition that night. If their fans stay loyal and nbc actually tries to give a little promotion especially with the olympics coming it might work. All i know they better come out firing on all cylinders and not come out with wack episodes like they did for most of the season.

Nah son, Grimm is the shyt, but only those scifi shows work on Friday, Community is dead
?

That show Blue Bloods on CBS pulls in an average of over 12 million viewers on Friday night and is consistantly in the Neilson Top 15-20 so I guess certain shows can succeed on Friday...probably not a comedy though.

I'm surprised that the show Unforgettable got cancelled. That show got pretty decent ratings.

I don't know why they would switch Community and Up All Night. UAN is definitely more of a mid-30's+ demographic about having kids and such, folks that are much more likely to actually be at home watching TV on Friday nights.

i actually think the show would've been better without the baby. The characters are interesting and with the whole crazy talk show host they can go in a lot of directions; the baby keeps the show too grounded in traditional sitcom stuff.
