Spamming the turbo button to get by a defender who has already cut you off 3 times instead of passing the ball. Basically turbo mashing until the animation kicks in that lets you slide by a defender. pass the ball already

Some of these rules I'll have to be a lil more lenient on so use your best judgment..

so is this the final list of these rules? We def need a way to police shyt, cant go off heresay...im thinking we get a warning for cats and get the other heads to vouch the foul gameplay or something.
