and people wonder why ratings are low
i remembe rbeing a kid seeing triple headers and watching mid day tv and seeing like a montage like that showing whats coming up tonight
and they'd play this commercial in like the middle of er or ish and people wonder why ratings were so good back in the day

For people who watch ABC... do you ever see an NBA promo like that? ever? And yeah the landscape has changed, ESPN has games every Wednesday and Friday and games are on ABC only on Saturday night and one game on Sunday. League Pass is popular. I get it.
But there should still be games on network TV
When Sunday Night Football switched from ESPN to NBC, that was one of the best things the NFL did.
Also, they'd play these promos on NBC throughout the week.

I really think ABC is blowing it, they should have a game of the week like they have saturday night college football, sunday night football etc.
Every saturday during CFB season I know i'll be seeing herbie and fowler and a decent game at 730-830pm
Like every Saturday or sunday during the season or whatever at like 8pm est Saturday Night Basketball, with marquee teams and marquee matchups and play promos throughout the week. Like a quick 30 second promo, last time lebron played the warriors it ended in heartache with a few clips of past games but now he has anthony davis,

you'd get like nba inside stuff at 12:00, pregame at 12:30pm then like heat/knicks at 1, bulls/pacers 3:30 and lakers/trail blazers at like 7
