Even though I don't think it will be that good intially, I will probably at least give it a chance. 2k needs some competition to continue to make their games better cause we saw what happened to Madden once they were the only NFL game around....

I grew up as a kid playing live and those late 90s early 00s Live games were still good.

2k is that shyt now but their servers are so shytty thats its not even funny, not to mention that it has several glitches in different game modes.....

Like Sonny said eariler, I would rather EA jump in and make a College Basketball game first since there is a void there, get there shyt right, see what works and what doesn't then try to to make Live but I know they wanna make a comeback for the next gen console and is probably why NBA Live got cancelled last year..

Kobe's game was great, introduced basically everyting 2K does well today. You had total control over dribbling. I read the nintendo power mags studying how to do the moves before the game released. With that said, Live predates Hobe. Live was a genesis staple, the SNES versions paled in comparison. I will give you this (even tho you didn't know) I fukked with Kobe's game more but I forgot why? Besides it just being better, Live on PS1 was HORRIBLE. I'm literally having flashbacks while I type. The character models where on some fukkboy shiiit. Let me youtube this...

Battlefield is the only one. I dont do soccer and Madden has become stale due to a lack of competition imo.

This thread isnt about those games though. NOBODY is checking for Live.

Still dont see why they dropped College BBall all together, these dudes gotta take babysteps cuz they are way more behind at basketball then they are at anything else. All this talk of making a new game for a new gen is just :scusthov: status. There hasnt been a playable Live since 06 and 2k needs the comp cuz the last few 2ks have been buggy messes with the trikkery of add ons covering up a shyt product.

2K is still using their Dreamcast engine. They need to completely scrap it and start over.
