To his "credit", it sounds like he didn't discriminate in hiring Blacks, but he perhaps only did it out of necessity.
But The article I read mentioned how he tries to intimidate and bully bc of his power. Amd how women were assaulted by fellow employees and he did nothing.

But they have black coaches and GMs...
