You need a concession draw for the patrons at the gate tho.
I think you guys are not looking at this from being in the venue.
If you were a season ticket holder.
Or a Casual.
It is just like a concert.
when they have those awful road tour shirts with the trash logo.
Yet when people go to venue.
Plus the concessions and everything else is gone. That is generally appealing.
The last item to move steadily will be the road shirt.
So to make the idea of the concession based road shirt more palatable.
The nba offers a special number of jerseys. To make the concession experience have value and offer a higher grade of promo item.
that is more aesthetically memorable than the road city tour shirt.
With the number of jerseys and changes.
Plus the idea they are limited. Makes someone in general as a consumer more inclined to buy at the stadium concessions. Or seek out items from the stadium concessions later.
The bulls were pioneers to this ideal with the playoff pin stripes then later flat black jerseys. Starting with black socks then to black shoes. Then to actual black jerseys.
It creates an oppurtunity from the arena experience.

What if benny thr bull plush doll night. Was every night and it was a different color jersey benny tha bull plushies. Is the thinking with the jerseys.
If you think about the price of the jersey in the venue. Plus the fact it could sit if it was regular degular. Yet you put the team on the floor in some different newness.
You get pAtrons in the concessions who are feeling inclined to spend. As opposed to just being like. I can get a rego jersey anytime later on. The number of alt jerseys.
