But I felt the 76ers outplayed the raptors and should have won this series even though Philly got barely outscored (by 19 points )711-692 over the course of this 7-game second round playoff matchup . As a raps fan, I was relieved after that series. My team barely pulled the victory from the jaws of defeat. Philly’s length and size on the perimeter and in the paint gave us fits all series.
2021 Sixers/hawks, 2021 eastern second round- Philly outplayed, outshot, had more possessions, rebounded, and outscored Atlanta over the full 7 games of the series.Yet the hawks found a way to advance to the ECF to play the bucks.
Embiid passing in game 7 was terrible and Simmons was useless on offense-everyone remembers when he made that useless pass instead of the easy layup at the rim. That was a legit Series turning point. And Simmons credibility as a nba player got destroyed after that.
