if you didnt play the season and level up to get to the level you need to unlock said team, it wont be there. but if you did you go into:
myplayer -> animations -> gameplay effects -> perfect release and select it.

I don’t play MyPlayer/MyCareer. Guess I missed out smh

took a huge break from this game but I find myself enjoying it again…started playing on the PS5 since they dropped it for free…replaying the jordan challenges and I’ve started a shortened season using the nuggets

I really like how they use the adaptive triggers

Stuff like that is dumb it should be available for everyone who plays the game. I used to love my player but they really don’t want you to be able to upgrade in a reasonable timeframe anymore.

Been home the last 3 days bored and after having this game forever, I dove into the MJ Challenge and hit 3 stars on my first try after trying many times in the past while back I'm now on the 1992 Finals against Portland

Downloaded this last night since it's free on the PS5...my first 2K since 2016

Damn u didn’t even get 2k20? That was free on PS Plus in April or May 2020

And I’m 70 games into my first MC season

Finally became decent at this game

Still scared to play Ty Herro for them shades tho

Speaking of which, is there a deadline where u have to complete the quests? Do they have to be done in the first season?

I’m averaging over 36 pts and 15 assists per game

On pace to break the all time assists in a season record and 4 40 pt games away from replacing Jordan as #3 of all time. 7 50 pt games away from #2. I got 34 40 pt games and 24 50 pt games my rookie season.

All Star game MVP. Won the 3 pt contest. Leading in Rookie OTY( Shep) and league MVP races. And broke the record for most 3’s in a game. As well as the record for most assists in a game.

This might be my all time best rookie season in 2K. Actually might be my best season period.

I used to be a beast with steals but this game it’s hard because if u go for a steal and don’t succeed it’s a foul

But overall the game kinda grew on me a lil

game still does its best to try and cheat

using the nuggets (made some bench changes)…but I’m playing against the 6ers and was closing out the 2nd OT up by 6 (less than 20 secs left)…6ers miss a shot we get the rebound but of course a philly player ties up murray and there’s a jump ball…why all of a sudden I can’t see the jump ball taking place bcuz the game is showing me a weird view of the fukking crowd??? so of course 6ers get the ball and instantly hit a 3…the camera angle still doesn’t change and I have to inbound the ball…can’t even call a timeout…just throw the bal in blindly and fortunately jokic gets it…eventually won by 4…cheating ass game tho smmfh

Trying to rebuild these BadBoy Detroit Pistons from 83/84 on and turn us into a true dynasty. Only problem this MyEra design is so fun it's hard to skip a game.

Went to the eastern conference finals the first year and got swept by the Celtics. 84/85 I drafted Michael Cage instead of Tony Mitchell, got the #3 seed (Barkley on the sixers is tough) and I might get swept in the first round by this Milwaukee Bucks squad

The Bucks had an extremely underrated team in this era and I'm having issues getting a basket up with Isiah uncontested vs this defense, and of course I keep trying to force the issue. Doesn't really matter, I'm not beating this 76er superteam with Dr J and Moses Malone next round

Looking forward to drafting Joe Dumars and trading for Rick Mahorn in the off-season. Mahorn is an incredible defensive presence on the Bullets right now, and Dumars gives me a reliable second option with a 3point shot, nobody can really shoot 3's right now.

It's gonna be a challenge, but I'm taking down bird and magic once I get Salley and worm on the team

yeah this was the best 2k in years just on the strength of Eras Mode alone. great idea by them.

I wouldn't be surprised if EA ripped them off and add a similar mode for madden

taking Mike Vick or Barry Sanders through their careers

Breh...the way the CPU teleports to the rim when you have a clear driving lane is some real bullshyt.
