my ps5 comes in on thursday is this game worth staying with for 3 years

seriously tho the only way I can see someone playing this for 3 years is if they follow the real NBA schedule…and you play one game every other night or so and take summers off

I love the one on one joint in the theatre when it's loser outs. I can actually practice my difficult shots online without having to sell out my teammates while I get this timing down.
Cause I shot one in the rec the other day after just practicing my myself offline and shot an air ball,. Everybody on both teams flopped

What kind of playstyle you want? You really just gotta focus on certain atrribute caps to get the right badges.
I don't know. All I know the build I got is soo trash.
I gave him good perimeter defense and steal but I'm on 180 lbs and my strength is at 25. I get bullied all game
I gave my player 89 dunk but close shot only 53
My finishing is trash
90 speed but speed with ball only 80 and I can't outrun 7ft centers on fast breaks.
Every single time it's a chase down block.
And I didn't up my stamina because before the update stamina didn't matter. Now my dude does 2 dribble moves and he's in the red

I got a couple good builds I could send you. At least good baselines. I'm not a great dribbler so I dont invest too heavily into that so you could move attributes around to better fit your playstyle. Otherwise plenty of youtube videos that you can base your builds off of. If VC wasn't so hard to come by and attributes so expensive, a bad build wouldn't kill you like it does this year
i just played this game for the first time. still a shytty a game in Play Online mode. nikkas playing off ball, not subbing etc. Same beef I had for a couple version on PS4 are the ones I have now
2K doesn't even punish user for keeping the same 5 in the whole game. Same mechanics from the PS4 version I played heavily on 2K20, smoked layups from 6'10 dudes, etc etc

after 2 seasons, I traded an aging KD (was probably gonna retire in a season or two) for lavine and regretted it instantly…flipped him and like 3 first rd picks in the upcoming draft (one unprotected) for tatum…no forced trades
