Pretty sure you can but folks are saying the upload draft feature isn’t in yet. I’m guessing they’ll patch it back in when the roster update comes out with the draft class.
I think it's what will happen for now and when next gen drops they'll already be on the game.

They say its trash because they're not good at it. The shot stick actually requires a level of skill this year. I wouldn't be surprised if NBA Live copies the shot stick from this game it's innovative and genius imo

Yeah after watching some videos myleague will be unplayable until they update after the draft and free agency. I saw that you can still upload draft classes and what not but it’s kind of redundant since the real rookies aren’t in yet and it’s ruins the immersion factor. So it’s just best to wait to startup a myleague.

It’s no rookies to even be in the game lolMyleague is fukked up lol. They don't even let you start in the off season so you can download a draft class. Everyone's team/player options were picked up so everyone has 1 extra year. Simulation is still slow but it isn't an issue for me.
The least they could have done was let us start in the off season
Whats so shameful is that they added lamelo ball, Anthony edwards and James Wiseman in 2k20 Myteam but don't have a single rookie in 2k21
Edit: they added 6 rookies in 2k20 in the 2020 draft lottery but couldn't add any rookies at all in 2k21
