The last 2K on every gen is pretty much this, don't expect a lot. Especially with the pandemic going on, they already were working with limited resources and all of them go to next gen.
The PS4/XB1 version might include some old mode that they bring back to please the fans.

It's always a roster update breh. Everytime. A Roster update and they're gonna tone down one mechanic while slightly altering the next. Like they gonna make it harder to steal but make it easier to block. You gotta play each iteration to notice the details, but you pouring jelly on yaself if you actively playing (especially if you paying) 2k in sequential order at this point.
I got 2K19 for Two dollars and fifty cents..online and 2k20 on Gamepass. They WILL not be breaking the trend of making this shyte series anymore shyte to warrant NOT having to take such actions in order to sell this shyt. Don't even let a Kobe cover entice you into even thinking on getting this shyt at full price, if at all.
