Any word are they having so many issues with putting out another Live game? Surely it can’t be that hard to do especially with a company that has the money and resources that EA does.

No one knows for sure as Live '21 wasn't at the EA Play 2020 with both Madden and FIFA '21 being shown. Plus, with UFC 4 leak to the later official announcement and NHL '21 coming out this year, Live '21 not having any insiders leaking information like how we're been getting for 2K21 is pretty much a dead giveaway as they mention they canceled Live '20 to focus on the next gen consoles (PS5 and Xbox Series), but since then, there's no word on the game since. Normally, they would release the game on September, but if they're gunning to release the game on November to come out with the new consoles like they did with Live '14, they need to start putting out information right about now.

I wonder if Sony will let San Diego Studio make a NBA games again if people can convince them, while at it get the NFL license since 2K can now make licensed football games. With things are looking, 2K21 might be the only basketball game we'll get since EA is dead silent on Live '21 (which means it's probably canceled again).

I thought 2K did receive license to make an non-simulation NFL game? I think Live '21 might be cancelled or maybe the release is being saved for next-gen consoles.

Breh don’t buy this on current gen. Just play 2k20 until next gen. This shyt is the same exact rosters.

If you pre-order the mamba forever edition you get both the current and next gen games. You get 100k vc on both versions and you can just stack up VC on current gen until next gen comes out because VC carries over

You might as well pay 100 now for extra VC and both games then pay that 70 dollars for just the standard next gen alone
