Is this game a big leap in gameplay for the 5 over the 4? Im about to pull the trigger on targets bogo and this is included in it. Im going on vacay after thanksgiving and need some games to play. Was going to just wait for the ps4 one to hit $30 next week

I'm afraid to ask... :francis: ... but any major differences from last years to this year's current gen. version?

I don't plan on getting a ps5 for at least a year or so but wanted to see if they changed much up besides rosters... any gameplay changes? myleague?

I agree. After spending some quality time with it the next gen version is a different game.

The collisions and the audio are the immediate standouts for me

Especially the audio

This is the first 2k that id recommend playing with a surround sound system or a good pair of headphones. Even though the crowd animations dont always follow the action on court THE AUDIO DOES. I use my 3d pulse headset and my M50s with this game and the audio has amazed me. It really follows the action on court.

I was using my astro a50s. Good sound.. This is the first 2k where non dunking pgs can score like real life.

Ive had it with this game already. Up charge to $70 and the defense is atrocious. Worst I’ve seen in a brick.

2K still has the game programmed not knowing what a quality shot/layup is. Even snuck in how you make 1/2 Free Throws 90% of the game, wtf. I play smart with the Mavs and yet I’m getting hoed all game long. Meanwhile you play some bum nikka with the Lakers and they’re continued to be bailed out. Players smothered in the paint but yet it’s 12% coverage. The days of wanting to knock off a good team with a shytty team is nearly impossible online. Game lacks true skill like previous years. All pre determined and scripted trash.
