I don’t know how you give Giannis a 96 but Harden a 94. Harden is a transcendent offensive player and Giannis ( while a great player) was exposed by Kawhi and the raptors.

LeBron stormed through the east two years ago and made the Raptors trade their franchise player. Wasnt Nooooobody calling Kawhi the best player in the league until maybe after the Philly series.

To be fair.... Max Kellerman has been saying it for 2 years now. And the main reason he always gives goes like this.....

Kawhi is slightly lower offensively then KD but triple the defense. He put Giannis up there for the same reason. We always talk about defense wins championships and who’s got elite defense, then we just care about offensive stats when rating player.

Yes. Both Kawhi and KD were having legendary post seasons while Lebron was at home having TACO TIMEEEEEEE so.....Lebron 97, Kawhi/KD should be 98 unless they are taking that injury into consideration

Why all the Kawhi discredit in here? The Raptors are a solid "gonna get to the playoffs at least" team without Number 2 but they're nowhere in the championship conversation without him.

We can argue all day about injuries during the Finals but the Raptors don't even get past Milwaukee let alone The Sixers without Kawhi.
