Anyone who bought this game, you people got scammed out your 60 dollars
I'm gonna enjoy watching youtube rants on this bum ass game
actually this 2k is better than 17,18,and 19 gameplay wise. the problem right now is it has a ton of glitches in the game that has nothing to do with game play. all sorts of issues that they should've been ready for but wasnt. In addition, since they didnt have an early release, and for those of us who play pro am online. it isnt region locked in the first few months like it has been in the past. so for the first time they opened up the flood gates for millions of people to hop online at the exact same time(s). then allowed us to all hop in online games as well. The system blew up...who woulda thunk it???
But some of the game play complaints im hearing are coming from park lovers and people who wished the game played more cheesy like it always has. the dribble gods are shook. lol at them complaining about getting tired when OVER DRIBBLING for 23 out of the 24 seconds of the shot clock trying to spam every dribble move and shoot every shot. I love that stamina setup. i know they hooked them clowns up cause they cried as usual on twitter. i hate social media. all the babies cry and get their pacifiers. the fatigued worked well for them and really large bigs . you want to be 290lbs, 7'3, you can't run up and down the court with these guards or chasing around smaller centers all game without getting tired. thats realistic. no one can just hold RT all game long like they were use to doing. I love it. you now have to chain your own dribble moves together. they wont hold your hands thru the entire combo like most 2k players are use to. i told yall this years ago when nba elite 11 dropped for live. the one thing they got right was making the user do the moves themselves. 2k only needed to make the animations of different dribblers look like their style while doing those moves. thats it. and thats what they did this year. now to me i still hate having the dribble moves(basics) on the left stick. that messes you up at times. i still prefer that old nba elite 11 where your legs are the left stick meaning you control all movement with the left stick but thats it. and your right stick is your hands. shooting, layups, dunks, dribbling is all on the right no movement on the right stick.
this means if you push the left stick to the right. you will expose the ball to the defender. yes that will look bad if you dont know how to play real basketball. sorry kids. but if you do, you will know to slightly cross it over with the right stick. to put the ball in the hand furthest away from the defender when you're angling that direction.
It makes you have to think about the stuff you're doing all game long like real life. otherwise someone will rip you or poke the ball loose.
