Demo is tight brehs. The animations feel so much smoother. It's like watching a real game. One of the little things I like is when you grab a board and try to pass right away to get that fast break goin, if it isn't open the dude will pump fake the pass instead of turning it over. shyt is NICE. Can't wait for the full package with commentary.
And SMH at anybody hype over this soundtrack. It's aight but I had half these joints on my playlist for last years game.. wins My Player Game, gets Player of the Game, Highlight Reel comes on, T.I.'s What You Know About That plays,

Only time I use the 2K cam is during a Team Up game. Just have a better feel for things using the 2K view in that particular mode.... probably because you're locked in with only one player. Everything else is broadcast cam exclusive.

I think the best thing about this years installment thus far is that the reaching & steals has been toned down drastically(in my experiences at least) Dudes have been hacking away and hitting nothing but air. It also takes them totally out of position, so when you're bringing the ball up, they'll just switch to the nearest guy and try to hack, and it's a bucket almost every single time because they're only left with two defenders in the front court due to everyone else playing catch up after snapping out of the reach animation. That was one of my biggest gripes about last years game. Feels like there's more of a risk/reward system in this year, and for the most part, steal success borders on skill & timing rather than spamming the X button.
Also, I know a lot of people probably aren't on the server yet, but I haven't noticed much lag. The shot timing online is almost synced exactly with the shot release offline.

2K is the best cam angle in the game since the og 2k game. Fact. It's way more beneficial and allows for more freedom than broadcast cam. Lol @ only cheesers use the 2k cam. Go look at any poll on operationsports aka we play sim 24/7 and 2k cam blows everything else out the water. Lol @ not being able to tell where you are on a fastbreak, that's not realistic nikkas.
The only reason 2k made broadcast cam default is to show off the gfx and atmosphere of the game. Fact. It doesn't benefit the gameplay at all when compared to the 2k cam. Keep limiting yourselves in this game, it doesn't bother me, I wish y'all would use common sense and play the best setting possible. Oh well, enjoy being food.

This Camera Relative and Broadcast view is pissing me off. I don't know why 2k didn't go the live route and have part of the demo of you in practice mode getting used to the controls. It pisses me off that you have to be mindful of your position on the floor in Camera relative and know the controls are constantly changing base on that. They could have at least aloud the option to change to 2k or Drive. I know 2k cam is available for kinect users why didn't they make available for all users. End of rant
I'm loving the collisions/contact it's a thing of beauty.
I'm equally in love with the post play transition animations/emotions, it adds a level of immersion not found in any other sports game. I saw Battier get called for a blocking foul and he fell down. The disbelief was in his face raw emotional scowl, Perkins went to pick him up he wrestled away from Perkins grasp like leave me alone MF'er.
Sig Skills are really showcasing themselves, I notice the CPU Controlled teams are using mismatches and players playing like themselves are great to see.
Rebounding end-user still needs some work or maybe its just Ibaka and Perkins are just that dominant over Battier and Bosh.
Control Stick- It appears to be as advertised, but I can't get the handle on them because of Camera Relative, Camera absolute should have been available.
Shot Stick is much better control scheme now, once you get the hang of it.
You can now play DEFENSE(end-user) and the help D is awesome to watch. I like the rotations and the timely double teams from the CPU.
Bounce Pass, that's all that needs to be said.

Try this, determine where you want to go before engaging the LS(your legs) Use RS(your hands) to make the moves now once you since the opening now use your Legs(LS) to go on that path. Try not to over use turbo only use when you know your attack is imminent. So in short LS then RS then back to LS + Turbo if you want to get there quicker.
Some basic shyt I do, since broadcast isn't my steeze nor is the camera relative shyt, it fukks with my aging mind.
If I see the D over loading on the right side with Serge and Perkins I move the LS to the Right Side to get my defender to move in that direction. I let off the LS when I twirl the RS clock wise(spin) once you master the rhythm of the spin then I push the LS forward to the left like angle. If I have a step on the D, I hit turbo, if I see the rotation has gotten to the spot, I engage the shot stick and do one of those tap tap shots.
