Hopefully they have alternative controls where shotstick is normal but if you hold LT it does the dribble control like they changed it

the shot stick is still there. you just have to HOld that LT as a modifier to turn that right stick back into the shot stick.

basically the right stick is your arms and the left is your legs. just like NBA ELITE. lol.

but i said it when Elite dropped. that this was the new direction of hoop games. you need to have full control over your dribble moves. not hitting some modifier button so the guy can go into some predetermined dribble routine. thats lame.

They're focusing on the wrong things, plain and simple.
They should start by making the arenas more realistic. I dont wanna hit a last second 3 in game 7 and the crowd is only hype for 2 seconds.

they need to work on gameplay, everything else can wait

yea the one on ones games to gain some respect from the other players and just so the game isnt so repetitive and just kinda keeps changing. after about 2 seasons i would only play 2k12 every now n then. i wish i could play it for a full calender year

Had friends that would go "I don't fukk with the shot stick." but then complain about how hard it is to score. I'd go against him and do all types of shots, stepbacks and postmoves and they'd go "How'd you do that." Hit em with the

I'll admit I've been using buttons since double dribble. I couldn't ever get down with the shot stick. I only used it in the post but really, they made it so you could do all the same shots with buttons.

So what I'm saying is, I knew they'd get away from that stick shooting soon enough. I'm not trying to shyt on it. Not at all. But dammit if I don't wanna pull off crossovers with that analog. Running up the court moving and dribbling with two analog sticks is gonna be like a first person shooter if they do it right. I can do a lot more by pulling off the correct crossovers and getting free than I can by doing specialize runners and shyt

I do feel sorry for y'all. Cause it's gonna be an absolute unfair advantage if you got to hold that l2 button. Hopefully they just have different control schemes so y'all can play your way and we can play ours.
