On the real family, where do you enter the allstar code?

Open up Xbox Guide, Go to the Marketplace tab, click on "Redeem Code" and enter it there.

I got a PS3. She told me on the day it shipped to wait 2 days. I did and it came. You just had a better customer service agent.
