You can legally buy games before the street date, I understand certain people got it for promotional reasons early, but when 1000 nikkas pop up on the server the same night of a leak I'm sure 2k monitoring they servers like

If the store fukks up and sells it to you before release date then thats the store's fault. Not yours. I got a couple games before release date just cause walmart employes didn't know any better. I told them "yo the shyt is out today. Check ya backstock" They go in the back, find it and then sell it to me. While me knowing good and well shyt don't drop til that tues. Also mom and pop stores will willingly break street date just to secure some sales before street date.
Now don't get me wrong. 2k and Microsoft clearly knows the game is being pirated. But the way the modded firmware works if you burned the game correctly they honestly can't tell who's legit and who's not. So there not just going to blindly start banning people when then can potentially ban a legit user. Only fallback from having a modded console is every time a new firmware is released you can't go online until the new modded firmware is avaiable. I know last year i was without xbl for over 3 weeks waiting for the modded update
But once we back?

its, cool i mean a few good additions like being able to train with legends, shoe endorsements, throw partys to gain team morale, i guess get your coach fired. you can go the #1 pick now though hard as shyt though I went 10.. and the hornets still drafted austin rivers somehow

They still didn't change that glitch I see, I remember last year I got drafted #9 and still had Kemba on the same team as me
I'm shooting for number 1, so I can team up with Anthony Davis and Austin Rivers, due to them not changing that glitch

. but i will tell you this fouling in this game is much more realistic even the whistle sounds much better. everytime i eurostep with harden he gets a fouled called

But yea not gonna lie. The actual modding process is kinda advanced. The best thing to do is go on craiglist and find a local modder and just pay him to do it for u. I found one that lives about 15 mins from me. He charged me 50 for the inital flash and then every update is only 15$(Hasn't been a update since last year though!
)I do know the firmware will be updated soon though(IE and whatnot) Wether we will need a new modded firmware at that time or not we won't know til it actually comes out.
Now the burning process is simple as buying dvd+dl discs and using imgburn to burn the iso. The only tricky part is you need a certain type of burner flashed with a certain firmware to make 100% undectable backups. The actual burner itself is only 20$ and you just download the update to flash it.
There is a work around though(Which i use myself just cause im too lazy to switch out my dvd burner) Which relies on you installing the game to your harddrive.
